By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge that you:

Will not copy, redistribute, resell, or misuse our digital assets

Delivery Timeline
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an instant order confirmation. Your Restaurant Snapshot will be delivered within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), including:

Product Access
All items are digital downloads delivered via email. No physical items are shipped.
Lifetime Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the snapshot version you bought, along with future updates for that version.
Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. No refunds are issued for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Not using the product
Misunderstanding of what the product includes
Issues related to third-party platforms

Support Policy

Each purchase includes 15 days of free support, starting the day your snapshot is delivered. Free support covers:

Onboarding guidance
Paid Support (Optional)
After 15 days, you may purchase extended monthly support for deeper customization such as advanced automation builds, complex workflows, and full restaurant system setup.
Free Support Limitations
Free support does NOT include:
Complete system rebuild
Advanced custom workflows
Third-party integrations outside GHL
Full website design
Marketing strategy or funnel creation
Intellectual Property Rights
All workflows, funnels, templates, scripts, automations, and digital content remain the exclusive property of Restaurant Snapshot for GHL.
You may not:
Resell
Share
Distribute
Rebrand
Upload to any marketplace
Provide to other agencies or businesses
You receive a license to use the product for your own business or your restaurant clients only.
Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.
User Responsibilities
By using our products, you agree to:
Provide accurate purchase and contact information
Use the snapshot legally and ethically
Comply with GoHighLevel’s messaging rules (including A2P 10DLC)
Maintain your own third-party accounts such as Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, etc.
We are not responsible for problems caused by:
Incorrect setup
Third-party platform errors
Outdated integrations
User mistakes
Non-compliant messaging behavior
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
Lost revenue
Lost leads
Booking issues
Downtime
Business interruption
System errors
GoHighLevel or third-party outages
Any indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the snapshot.

Although our systems are professionally built, we do not guarantee:

More customers
More leads
Higher revenue
Specific performance or results
