Support Policy (Non-Refundable)
Each purchase includes 15 days of free support, covering:

Basic onboarding guidance
Support services—both free and paid—are not refundable, even if unused. Any extended monthly support purchased after the 15-day period is also non-refundable.
Duplicate Purchases
