How refunds work for the Restaurant Snapshot, a digital product delivered into your own GoHighLevel account, and what to do if an install is not right.

At Restaurant Manager GHL Snapshot, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, including GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, funnels, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, and related assets. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products made through Restaurant Manager GHL Snapshot are final and non-refundable.

Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Billing Errors

Refunds are only available in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges — you were billed twice for the same product.

3. No Refunds for Usage or Dissatisfaction

  • Dissatisfaction with features after delivery.
